PERSPECTIVES: Take the guesswork out of trying to visualize what your flat 2-D house plans will look like. It's not uncommon for people to have difficulty trying to imagine how their new home will appear from a given vantage point. I can show you what your home looks like from standing at the kitchen counter; coming up the driveway; or any other view you can imagine. If you are having a hard time visualizing it, I can render it for you often times at no additional cost (see images below w/white background). Click on an image to view larger.

ANIMATIONS: Take it a step further. Have an animation of your new plans created for you. View a flyover; a 360 degree, exterior rotation; a walk-through; or a simple side-to-side pan. The length of these animations are typically between 5 and 10 seconds. Two rendering modes of animation can be viewed below. Click thumbnail to download each sample animation (it may take a minute).
